T’ai Chi
“Whoever practices t’ai-chi ch’uan, correctly and regularly, twice a day over a period of time will gain the pliability of a child, the health of a lumberjack, and the peace of mind of a sage.”
—Doctor Cheng Man-Ch’ing
(pronounced tie chee)
Chinese exercise for health and relaxation

Learning the first-third of this form can prove to be a significant benefit to your health and ability to relax in our stressful culture.
- Cultivate internal calm and mental focus
- Improve present moment awareness
- Strengthen internal organs, glands, and spine
- Unify you body and mind

I no longer teach, am 83 with cancer and suffer some hearing loss that curtails my best efforts. Former friend in Glenwood Springs has fallen in love with Tai Chi through the form, learning on her own, and is currently faced with following up with 108 Yang classes. Had some of the same problem while in El Paso.
Would you know of an instructor in Glenwood, or an advanced student you would recommend to help her with the Cheng Man Ching short form that gives so much and has yet to bore me after about a couple decades. I know this is a reach, but just possible.
Thanks,
